Condition of the house:

- The house is approximately 150 years old but completely renovated and adapted to the requirements and wishes of our time. The 60 cm (!!) thick brick walls consist of a mix of brick and adobe (clay). Because of this you are assured of a very pleasant house climate in summer and winter. The clay provides excellent insulation and ensures a healthy humidity. The whole is finished with a traditional quality stucco.

- The roof was completely renovated in 2013 and covered with ceramic roof tiles.
- The whole house is equipped with hardwood (Larch) window and door frames. The window frames are provided with two layers of single glass (Inside and an outside frame). Entirely in authentic style.
